The records in this PDF date from 1985-1988 and consist mainly of National School Health Survey Steering Committee meeting minutes. By 1986 the project was called National School Health Survey for School-Age Youth, and in 1987 it was National Adolescent Student Health Survey. Dr. Elena Sliepcevich participated in this project. IOX Assessment Associates guided data gathering and assessment.
