The purpose of Health Education Report was to “create widespread awareness of information and ideas that are useful to persons interested in stimulating or conducting effective activities to educate the public about health.” It was published by Daniel Sullivan, a former health educator in the United States Department of Health, Education, and Welfare and its predecessor Federal Security Agency.
