This set of appendices was compiled in 1977. The documents within this file date from 1972-1976. It was a part of a proposal to the W. K. Kellogg Foundation. The appendices include Chronology of the Illinois Health Education Consortium, summary reports of the Health Education Status Survey (1972, 1975), and other documents pertaining to health education programs in K-12 schools.
