Description
Matrix of aligned sequences of Trypanosoma cruzi from raccoons across the United States. Sequences from Missouri (MO), and Illinois (IL) were amplified from genomic DNA isolated and purified from digestion of muscle tissue. Sequences from Kentucky (KY), are derived from isolates grown in culture. A smaller data matrix corresponding to the homologous sites for Splicer leader Repeat Region (Mini-Exon), including all commands using in the analysis of the homologous sequences is available. The sequences were aligned against draft reference of CL Brener strain, available at http://tritrypdb.org/tritrypdb/
