Abstract

The United States and Italy provide a stark contrast to one another in terms of diet and lifestyle.This research proves that by comparing traditional diets, health care, and nutrition education of these two countries. Through surveys of both American and Italian students and a thorough review of current research, lifestyle changes and suggestions are recognized. The aim of this comparison of Italy and the United States is to open the doors for more comparative research and international collaboration to improve the health of each nation.
