Abstract
The current study investigates if Behavioral Skills Training can be utilized as an effective method to teach first time granite stone consumers how to make a poultice used to remove stains. The components used in the current behavioral package include instructions, modeling, rehearsal and feedback. The research furthers empirical literature on Consumer Behavior Analysis and provides consumer training to improve cleaning and maintenance of natural stone.
