Abstract
The Twin Primes Conjecture (TPC) is one of the oldest, unsolved problems in math- ematics. This paper introduces a function which acts as a sieve, eliminating all possible places where twin primes cannot occur in the natural numbers, N. With this function, we, then, analyze its range and form a combinatorial argument to count the number of twin prime pairs.
