Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine different strategies of exercise adherence, and to determine which of these strategies produces the most significant changes in anthropometric variables. The Self-Determination Theory was used to determine how strongly participants felt that intrinsic or extrinsic factors contribute to exercise adherence. The results did not provide any statistically significant results; however, percent changes among participants was observed.
