Abstract
This study examines differences in support between men’s and women’s sports at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Through interviews with athletes and coaches, it provides valuable insights into how these differences are perceived and experienced within the university’s athletic community. The study also highlights areas in which the institution is making progress toward promoting fairness, equity, and inclusion in collegiate sports.
