Abstract

The purpose of this qualitative phenomenological study was to understand and describe professors’ and their supervisors’ perceptions of Teacher Supervision in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) in Nicaragua. The central phenomenon studied was generally defined as the ordinary meaning of the lived experiences that the participants have had during their supervisions.
