Abstract
Mobbing, bullying and harassment in the workplace are problems that workers have experienced and continue too. There is a need in the United States for further study and a greater understanding of this problem. With a process in place to handle these cases, those being mobbed would have a resource to access. This study is a review of previous literature to increase awareness about mobbing, bullying, and harassment in the workplace.
