Perspectives: Research and Creative Activities at Southern Illinois University Carbondale is published twice a year by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Graduate Dean / Office of Research Development and Administration (ORDA) to inform the public about the research, scholarship, and creative activities of SIUC faculty, staff, and students. By featuring representative projects across academic disciplines, we seek to communicate both the quality and the diversity of SIUC research. Perspectives is edited by Marilyn Davis.
